Satin White Precat Lacquer is a high quality, pigmented, precatalayzed, nitrocellulose lacquer topcoat designed for interior wood finishing. This precatalyzed topcoat is fast drying and has high volume solids and excellent build. This low HAPS topcoat can be tinted to provide furniture quality lacquer.
